As EY GDS Consulting Senior, you'll contribute functionally to GRC Technology client engagements and internal projects. You'll also identify potential business opportunities for EY within existing engagements and escalate these as appropriate. Similarly, you'll anticipate and identify risks within engagements and share any issues with senior members of the team.
The opportunity
We're looking for GRC Business Analyst with expertise on IRM solutions across leading eGRC tools to join our international network of GRC Technology professionals helping our clients implement technology solutions that support risk management, compliance, and governance. They would assist the Dev Leads/Architects in creating GRC/IRM proof of concepts, technology feasibility of requirements and perform requirement gathering, build user stories and assist in Automated Test Framework. It would be good to have some architectural experience in designing solutions and presenting it to stakeholders. Your key responsibilities
- Work with the Solution Designers/Architects, to bounce ideas, brainstorm available solutions, disseminate business requirements, and articulate the best feasible solution to implement.
- Map customer requirements to GRC functionality and advise on best practices for implementing GRC processes.
- Gather requirements and help design GRC applications and modules to meet specific client needs and compliance requirements.
- Involve in Agile Sprint planning, define user stories for developers to configure and customize GRC workflows, entities, policies, forms, and user interface (UI) elements to create user-friendly and efficient solutions including but not limited to Policy and Compliance Management, Risk Management, Business Continuity Management, Third-party Risk Management, Operational Risk Management, Operational Resilience, Privacy Management, Business Continuity Management, Regulatory Change, Audit Management, Security Operations, Vulnerability Response
- Participate in scrum meetings including user story point definition and prioritisation
- Lead Testing Activities, including Automated Test Framework (ATF) associated with the build in scope
- Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance for developed solutions to ensure accuracy and reliability.
- Provide functional expertise and guidance to the project team and assist in knowledge transfer sessions.
- Stay up to date with the latest GRC features, releases, and industry trends to drive continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate GRC tool with other systems, as required
- Drive customer requirements show back sessions, system demos and other workshops.
- Ability to work as a team member to contribute to various phases of projects.
- Assist EY regional teams on RFP pursuits and proposals for clients seeking GRC/IRM support on areas such as solution design and effort estimation.
- Develop and maintain productive working relationships with client personnel.
- Ensure on-time delivery of allocated tasks.
- Ensuring adherence to quality processes specified for the project.
- Compliance with EY policies and procedures like Timesheet / Leaves management etc.
- Assist Project Lead for the successful execution of the project (estimation, reviews, customer satisfaction, etc.).

To qualify for the role, you must have
- 3-7 years of experience as Business Analyst role in GRC Domain specialising in Service Now IRM tool.
- Should have led/completed at least 1 to 3 end-to-end end ServiceNow GRC/IRM implementation engagements
- ServiceNow GRC certifications (Certified Implementation Specialist - GRC, Certified System Administrator).
- Experience in developing and maintaining training documentation.
- Basic understanding of cross GRC domains including Information Security, business continuity and Risk Management.
- Team Building - Knowledge sharing, training, motivating and development of team members.
- Good understanding of ServiceNow technology platform including workspace and portal
Ideally, you should also have
- B.E/B.Tech (Comp. Science, IT, Electronics, Electronics & Telecommunications)/MBA with a minimum of 3-7 years of experience with other Big3 or panelled SI/ ITeS companies
- Robust understanding of program and project management practices
- Familiarity with a typical IT systems development life cycle
- Demonstrated experience in delivery management and client management
- Exposure to multiple GRC tools like Archer, MetricStream, Enablon, etc. would be an added advantage
