VP – Enterprise Technology Leader
We are looking for a senior enterprise technology leader with an AI-first mindset to drive transformation of enterprise infrastructure and operations into a smart, automated, and resilient digital ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead enterprise-wide IT Infrastructure & Operations including Digital Workplace, Service Desk, and Asset Management
- Drive AIOps transformation (predictive, proactive, autonomous operations)
- Define and execute technology strategy & roadmap aligned with business goals
- Oversee service delivery, ITSM, and user experience transformation
- Manage global teams, vendor ecosystem, and strategic technology partnerships
- Enable adoption of AI/ML, automation, cloud, and modern enterprise platforms
- Ensure high availability, security, scalability, and cost optimization of technology services
Ideal Profile:
- 20+ years of experience in Enterprise Technology & Transformation
- Strong exposure to IT Infrastructure, Cloud, ITSM (ServiceNow), and Digital Workplace
- Proven leadership in managing large global teams and complex ecosystems
- Experience in driving AI-led automation and large-scale transformation programs
