- Govern AI programs across plants.
- Participate and lead in shaping AI-driven digital manufacturing thought leadership.
- Drive co-innovation with partners (NVIDIA, Intel, Siemens). Professional & Technical Skills: Must have Skills:
- Leadership in AI/ML/GenAI for manufacturing.
- Time-series ML for OT/IT integration.
- Computer vision for quality/safety.
- GenAI copilots for shop floor documentation.
- Multi-agent orchestration for plant optimization.
- Edge/cloud AI deployment with compliance.
- Edge & Cloud AI expertise. Good to Have Skills:
- MES, SCADA, PLCs.
- Manufacturing processes (discrete & process).
- Industry standards (ISA-95/88, OPC UA, MQTT).
- Domain expertise in CPG, pharma, auto, industrials. Additional Info:
