Role Overview
We are looking for a
Lead Enterprise Solutions with strong experience in
ERP/CRM platforms, integrations, and enterprise-scale implementations. The role involves
independent development, solution design, client interaction, mentoring junior team members, and ensuring high-quality delivery across modules.
You will work closely with senior leads, architects, and clients to analyze requirements, design solutions, implement features, and support production systems while following agile delivery practices.
Key Responsibilities
Delivery & Development
- Analyze business requirements/user stories and design technical solutions on ERP/CRM platforms
- Independently design, develop, test, and deploy application components
- Select appropriate technical approaches including reuse, enhancement, or reconfiguration of existing components
- Ensure adherence to coding standards and ERP/CRM best practices
- Perform unit testing with 95%+ test coverage
- Manage production support, bug fixes, and post-deployment issues
- Conduct root cause analysis, performance tuning, and technical troubleshooting
Design & Documentation
- Prepare and review Functional Design Specifications (FDS), Low-Level Design (LLD), deployment documents, and test cases
- Participate in design reviews, peer code reviews, and suggest improvements
- Create and maintain technical and process documentation
Client & Stakeholder Interaction
- Act as a point of contact for build, deployment, and issue resolution
- Interact effectively with customers to clarify requirements and explain functionality
- Present design options and conduct implementation reviews with stakeholders
- Influence customer satisfaction through proactive suggestions and improvements
Agile & Project Management
- Estimate effort, timelines, and dependencies for assigned modules
- Participate in Scrum ceremonies and sprint planning
- Deliver sprint commitments on time and with high quality
- Provide regular status updates and reports
Team & Knowledge Management
- Mentor junior developers and guide day-to-day technical activities
- Support onboarding of new team members
- Contribute to reusable assets, internal knowledge repositories, and best practices
- Participate in internal initiatives such as hackathons, knowledge-sharing sessions, and practice-building activities
Recruitment Support
- Participate in technical screening and interviews for junior and mid-level roles
Must-Have Skill Set
- ERP/CRM platforms 3+ years
- Model N 2+ years
- SAP S/4 HANA 2+ years
- SOAP & REST API integrations 2+ years
- Data migration / ETL activities 2+ years
- Strong experience in:
- Functional & technical design
- Production deployments and issue resolution
- Agile methodologies (Scrum / Kanban)
- Code reviews and quality assurance
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Experience with data loader tools
- Knowledge of Cognos or enterprise reporting tools
