Role Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced
Enterprise & Solution Architect with a strong background in
Capital Markets to define, design, and deliver enterprise-level architecture solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating scalable, secure, and future-ready architectures while ensuring alignment with business strategies and technology roadmaps.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead architecture design and governance for large-scale enterprise solutions in Capital Markets domain.
- Develop and maintain current state and target state architecture documentation.
- Define and implement enterprise and solution architecture strategies, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and technology teams to translate requirements into effective architectural solutions.
- Provide guidance on integration strategies, including APIs, microservices, and middleware solutions.
- Drive adoption of cloud services, deployment models, and best practices across the enterprise.
- Establish and maintain standards for data architecture, data governance, and data integration strategies.
- Ensure compliance with security principles and practices in cloud and on-premises environments.
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, providing recommendations on emerging technologies and architectural trends.
Mandatory Skills & Experience
- Capital Markets experience strong understanding of business processes, products, and technology landscape.
- Enterprise & Solution Architecture expertise with 15+ years of relevant experience.
- Strong knowledge of cloud services, deployment models, and architecture best practices.
- Proficiency in Enterprise Architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF, Zachman).
- Expertise in integration technologies APIs, microservices, middleware.
- Strong understanding of data architecture, governance, and integration strategies.
- Deep knowledge of cloud security principles and practices.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills ability to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Proven experience in current state and target state documentation.
Good-to-Have Skills
- Flexibility to take up additional tasks and responsibilities as needed.
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Experience in leading large transformation programs in financial services.
Educational Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- TOGAF / Zachman / Cloud Architecture certifications preferred.
