- Leading the in-scope QA phases/work stream areas, including approach, scoping & planning, resources, scheduling, risks, issues, progress, and metrics
- Management of the defect process for the project across all defined test phases in scope of this SOW
- Management and coordination of the scoping process
- Definition and delivery of workshop schedule and confirming attendees
- Facilitation and running of scoping workshops
- Creation of risk-based scope of testing
- Facilitation of scope reviews and sign off
- Reporting of progress against plan, highlight risks and issues
- Complete Test Script build in line with agreed timelines and to testing best practice
- Complete Test Script execution in line with agreed timelines and to testing best practice
- Management of Test Analysts during the scoping, build & execution phase
