targeting 150 Cr revenue in FY2627 and preparing for exports to the US and EU as a democratic
alternative to Chinese power electronics.
About the role
Enterprise Sales- EV chargers and Solar inverters
Drive EV charger/ Solar inverter sales across large accounts automobile OEMs, charge point operators,
fleet operators, government bodies, and infrastructure players. Own the full sales cycle from stakeholder
mapping and executive engagement to commercial structuring and deal closure.
What You'll Do
Own a revenue target and develop a structured plan to achieve it across your assigned segment
(enterprise or channel).
Develop compelling proposals, pricing models, and business cases tailored to customer needs.
Maintain rigorous pipeline discipline using CRM tools; provide accurate forecasts and market
intelligence.
Contribute to go-to-market strategy you will have direct access to the founding team and your
input will shape how we scale.
What We're Looking For
Tier-1 MBA (IIM / ISB / XLRI or equivalent) with an engineering or technical undergraduate
background, and 25 years of experience.
Strong commercial acumen with exceptional communication skills able to engage both technical
stakeholders and business decision-makers.
High ownership mindset with the ability to operate in fast-paced, ambiguous startup environments
ready to build the playbook, not just follow one.
