Key Responsibilities:
Build target account lists across banks, NBFCs, MFIs, digital lenders and fintech companies.
Own a revenue/quota target and deliver closed-won outcomes in BFSI accounts.
Generate leads via outbound prospecting, networking, referrals, events, and partner leads (if any).
Run discovery calls to uncover pain points, current workflows, stakeholders, budget/process, and timelines.
Deliver tailored demos/solution walkthroughs aligned to banking/NBFC use cases.
Create proposals, case studies, commercials, and ROI/value justification and manage RFP/RFI responses when required.
Manage deal cycles end-to-end: objections, negotiation, procurement workflow, legal/MSA coordination, and closure.
Maintain accurate CRM updates, pipeline stages, next steps, and weekly forecasting.
Build and manage outbound sequences using Apollo.
Skills & Requirements
Must-have:
3+ years of B2B enterprise sales experience with at least 2+ years selling into BFSI (banks/NBFCs/fintech).
Proven track record of owning and closing deals (not only SDR/lead gen).
Strong consultative selling skills: discovery, value articulation, objection handling, negotiation, closing.
Comfort with long, multi-stakeholder enterprise cycles and formal procurement/legal processes.
Working knowledge of CRM (any) and disciplined pipeline/forecast hygiene.
Strong command of outbound tools: Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM systems.
Independent ownership mindset.
Good to have:
Understanding of debt collections, arbitration workflows, grievance redressal or compliance.
Experience selling SaaS / workflow / compliance platforms to regulated enterprises.
