Job Description

Role Overview:

We are seeking driven and ambitious Enterprise Sales Executives to join our high-performing sales team in Pune (West Region). This role is ideal for professionals with 0–3 years of experience who possess a strong techno-commercial acumen and a passion for consultative selling. The selected candidates will be responsible for initiating engagement with key stakeholders, delivering business presentations, and supporting end-to-end deal closures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and engage potential enterprise clients across the West region.
  • Establish strong relationships with CXOs and other key decision-makers.
  • Conduct consultative sales discussions to understand client requirements and propose appropriate solutions.
  • Deliver effective business presentations and product demonstrations.
  • Coordinate with pre-sales and technical teams to craft customized solutions.
  • Manage the full sales cycle—from lead generation to negotiation and closure.
  • Maintain a robust sales pipeline and provide regular reporting on targets and outcomes.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to strategically position our solutions.

Candidate Profile:

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (preferably in Computer Science/Information Technology).
  • MBA will be preferred.

Experience:

  • 0–3 years of relevant experience in enterprise/B2B sales, preferably in IT/Technology solutions.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English and Hindi.
  • Eagerness to learn and grow in a techno-commercial environment.
  • Proven ability to engage stakeholders and influence decisions.
  • Consultative selling approach with a focus on value-driven solutions.
  • Highly motivated, target-oriented, and a team player.
