Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Enterprise Sales Professional with a strong background in IT, SaaS, PaaS, ERP, CRM, and BPO services. This is a pure Individual Contributor (IC) and client-facing role, focused on driving enterprise sales and building long-term customer relationships.
The ideal candidate should have proven experience in end-to-end sales cycles, from lead generation to deal closure, especially in enterprise accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive enterprise sales across IT services, SaaS, PaaS, ERP, CRM, and BPO offerings
- Identify, prospect, and acquire new enterprise clients
- Manage complete sales lifecycle including lead generation, pitching, negotiation, and closure
- Build and maintain strong client relationships with CXOs and key stakeholders
- Understand client requirements and propose customized solutions
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and revenue goals
- Collaborate with internal teams (pre-sales, delivery, and support) for seamless execution
- Maintain accurate sales pipeline and forecasting
Required Skills & Experience:
- Experience in Enterprise/IT Sales
- Strong background in Cloud, SaaS, PaaS, ERP, CRM, and BPO services
- Proven track record in enterprise deal closures
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Experience handling client-facing roles (not inside sales)
- Ability to work independently in an IC role
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in selling multi-service IT solutions
- Exposure to enterprise-level clients and large deal sizes
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills
