Enterprise Sales Manager Key Account Management (GCC)
Role Overview:
The Enterprise Sales Manager Key Account Management is responsible for driving revenue growth, managing strategic enterprise accounts, and acquiring, developing, and retaining high-value clients. This role requires a blend of strategic sales planning, leadership, and hands-on relationship management to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term business success.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute strategic sales plans tailored to enterprise and key accounts to achieve revenue targets and business growth.
2. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers in large enterprise clients, ensuring high levels of client retention and satisfaction
3. Identify, qualify, and secure new business opportunities within existing and new large accounts
4. Collaborate cross-functionally with product, marketing, operations, and finance teams to deliver customized solutions and maintain high service standards
5. Negotiate and close high-value deals, including renewals, upsells, and cross-sell opportunities
6. Monitor and analyze account performance metrics, prepare forecasts, updating CRM & tracking opportunities closely and report sales results to reporting manager
7. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging client needs to inform account strategies
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
2. Proven experience (typically 6+ years) in enterprise sales, key account management, or a similar senior sales role
3. Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
4. Deep understanding of enterprise sales processes, account management best practices, and CRM tools, especially ZOHO.
5. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends
6. Willingness to travel as required for client meetings and business development.
