We work with global B2C enterprises across Finance, Retail, CPG, and other industries, helping them transform data into strategic advantage.

As an Enterprise Sales Representative, you will be responsible for hunting new business and driving growth in enterprise accounts. You'll manage the complete sales cycle, build trusted relationships with C-Suite executives, and close high-value deals, with a focus on international and domestic markets, with the major share expected from international clients in North America & EMEA.

Compensation

Fixed Salary: INR 8-10 LPA

Variable Pay: 40% of fixed

Commissions: Uncapped

Must-have

  • 2+ years of proven success in enterprise B2B sales with long, consultative cycles
  • Strong ability to displace incumbents and position differentiated value
  • Experience handling high-value deals ($25K50K)Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

Nice-to-have

  • Prior exposure to B2C enterprise clients
  • Familiarity with multi-region/global selling
  • Experience working in a small sales team with direct CEO reporting
