Enterprise Sales Manager

Location: NCR / Mumbai / Bangalore (Hybrid)

Role Overview

We are hiring an Enterprise Sales Manager to drive enterprise account acquisition and revenue growth across digital commerce brands.

This role involves consultative selling across fulfillment, shipping, quick commerce, and supply chain technology solutions. The ideal candidate should be comfortable managing enterprise relationships, long sales cycles, and high-value commercial discussions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive enterprise sales and revenue growth across D2C and retail brands
  • Build and manage pipeline through outbound prospecting, meetings, and partnerships
  • Lead solution discussions, proposals, commercial negotiations, and closures
  • Coordinate with internal operations and product teams during onboarding
  • Maintain CRM hygiene, reporting, and account follow-through
  • Travel for client meetings, warehouse visits, and partner discussions

Qualifications

  • 3–8 years of experience in enterprise sales, SaaS, logistics, or supply chain
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Experience handling multi-stakeholder B2B sales cycles
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-ownership environments
  • Familiarity with CRM and sales tools
  • Prior exposure to eCommerce, fulfillment, shipping, or warehousing is preferred
