Job Title: Enterprise Sales Manager - BFSI

Now we need someone to scale it. Someone who knows BFSI from the inside, has the relationships, and can close enterprise from first call to signed contract. Mumbai is where that happens.

What you will do

  • Own the enterprise pipeline across BFSI — insurance, AMC, NBFC, and banking verticals in India
  • Run the full sales motion — from CXO outreach and discovery to pilot, commercial negotiation, and closure
  • Leverage your Mumbai BFSI network to build a qualified pipeline within 60 days of joining
  • Work directly with the founders — shape GTM strategy, pricing, and market positioning
  • Represent Trovex at CXO meetings, industry events, and BFSI forums — you are the face of sales in the market.

What we are looking for

  1. 3–6 years in enterprise B2B sales, with at least 3 years selling into BFSI in India
  2. Strong existing relationships with VP/CXO decision-makers across Mumbai's insurance, AMC, or banking ecosystem — relationships you can activate on day one
  3. Proven track record closing large deals — ₹30L+ ACV deals with multi-stakeholder buying cycles
  4. Sold SaaS, fintech, sales enablement, or L&D solutions into BFSI — you understand the buyer's procurement and compliance reality
  5. Comfortable selling to both sales leadership (VP Sales, CRO) and HR/L&D buyers simultaneously
  6. Hunter mentality — you build your own pipeline, you don't wait for leads
