Job Description

Sales will be responsible for driving enterprise sales growth across BFSI clients by offering end-to-end EdTech and workforce transformation solutions and development initiatives. This is a strategic, client-facing leadership role requiring deep BFSI domain understanding and strong experience in consultative B2B sales within the EdTech ecosystem.

Sales, Marketing & Partnerships

  • Work closely with sales and marketing teams to drive enrollments and enterprise deals.
  • Establish strategic partnerships with corporates, industry bodies, and technology providers.

Team Leadership & Operations

  • Build and lead a high-performing cross-functional team (sales, program management, delivery, and support).
  • Set clear KPIs, monitor performance, and drive accountability across teams.
  • Ensure operational excellence, timely program delivery, and high learner engagement.

Stakeholder Management

  • Engage with senior leadership, faculty/SMEs, corporate clients, and external partners.
  • Present business performance, forecasts, and growth plans to leadership and board-level stakeholder.
