Job Description

  • Manage and grow Key Accounts while identifying new business opportunities.
  • Handle end-to-end B2B sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
  • Build strong relationships with CXO/VP-level stakeholders.
  • Execute Strategic Account Management to ensure long-term client retention.
  • Understand client requirements and deliver tailored business solutions.
  • Prepare proposals, commercials, and high-impact client presentations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Tech/Support/Delivery) for smooth execution.
  • Maintain sales pipeline, forecasts, and CRM documentation.
  • Proven experience in Enterprise Sales / Corporate Selling / B2B Sales. (3-4)
  • Strong background in Key Account Management & Strategic Account Management.
  • Experience working as an Enterprise Business Manager or similar role.
  • Exposure to IT, Telecom, Finance, Banking, or Education sectors.
  • Ability to manage high-value, long sales cycles.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven professional.
