At Refyne, we've experienced a wonderful period of growth as the direct result of increased efficiency and productivity. To continue on this trajectory, we're searching for a highly qualified Sr. Manager - Enterprise Partnerships to work closely with our executive team.
What you'll do
• Developing and executing the enterprise sales strategy for our financial wellness solutions, targeting CXOs.
• Identifying and targeting potential enterprise clients in various industries, with a focus on BSE / NSE / Fortune 500 and 1000 companies.
• Establishing, building and maintaining relationships with key decisionmakers, influencers, and stakeholders, including CHROs / Heads of HR.
• Working closely with cross-functional teams to develop customized solutions to address client concerns.
• Negotiating and closing enterprise deals.
• Providing ongoing account assistance to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
• Attending industry events and conferences to stay up-to-date with market trends, network with prospective clients to generate leads.
• Ensure constant communication with clients to upsell other products and services that complement our core offerings.
• Continuously monitor and research on the competition and other players in the global market to develop a strong understanding of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive offerings.
• Collaborating with internal teams to identify potential areas of growth, new product development, and innovative solutions to streamline current processes.
• Regularly updating sales and marketing materials with the latest market insights and competitive intelligence to effectively communicate the value proposition of our financial wellness solutions.
What we're looking for
• 8+ years of experience in investment banking, corporate banking, private banking, wealth advisory, Fintech Startups or similar domains.
• Proven track record of independently engaging, pursuing leads and closing large deals with CXO's/CHRO's/C-level executives and other key stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of financial products and industry trends.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to conduct research and analysis to identify client needs and pain points in employee wellness programs.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, startup environment.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in business, or a related field.
