Position Summary

As an AM / Manager – Enterprise Sales (Cross-Border Hunting), you will play a critical role in driving enterprise revenue growth by acquiring and closing high-value deals within the cross-border payments space. This is a pure hunting role, focused on building a strong pipeline from scratch, engaging with enterprise clients, and converting opportunities into long-term business.

You will work closely with CXOs, product, and finance teams across industries such as e-commerce, travel, SaaS, and EdTech, delivering tailored payment solutions. This role is ideal for professionals with 4–5 years of experience who possess a strong hunter mindset, deep understanding of payments, and the ability to navigate complex enterprise sales cycles.

What will you work on  

·     Enterprise Hunting: Identify, target, and close high-value enterprise deals in the cross-border payments space.

·     Pipeline Building: Create and manage a robust sales pipeline from scratch through outbound prospecting, partnerships, and professional networks.

·     End-to-End Sales Ownership: Drive the complete sales lifecycle – from pitching and solutioning to negotiation and closure.

·     Client Engagement: Build strong relationships with CXOs, product leaders, and finance stakeholders across e-commerce, travel, SaaS, and EdTech sectors.

·     Solution Selling: Understand client requirements and position tailored cross-border payment solutions to address business challenges.

·     Market Expansion: Identify new opportunities and verticals for enterprise acquisition and revenue growth

·     Stakeholder Management: Navigate complex organizational structures and manage multiple stakeholders during deal cycles

·     Revenue Delivery: Consistently achieve or exceed revenue targets through strategic deal closures.

·     Market Intelligence: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and evolving payment technologies.

Qualifications & Experience

·      Experience: 4–5 years of experience in enterprise sales within cross-border payments, fintech, or adjacent domains.

·      Domain Expertise: Strong understanding of payments ecosystem including cards, 3DS/non-3DS flows, FX, and authorization rates.

·      Sales Skills: Proven track record of closing enterprise deals and driving revenue growth.

·      Hunter Mindset: Demonstrated ability to build pipeline independently and convert opportunities into closures.

·      Stakeholder Management: Ability to navigate complex sales cycles involving multiple decision-makers.

·      Communication: Excellent presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

·      Execution: Highly self-driven with strong ownership and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
