Role Purpose :

  • We are looking for a dynamic and entrepreneurial Manager Enterprise Sales to join our high- impact Sales team.
  • This role is ideal for professionals with a strong sense of ownership and accountability who are passionate about driving enterprise partnerships and business growth.
  • You will lead complex sales cycles, build long-term client relationships, and work cross-functionally to deliver strategic solutions.

The Responsibilities we entrust you with :

  • Identify, prospect, and onboard new corporate clients as per the monthly target for prepaid gift cards and loyalty solutions.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed monthly revenue targets.
  • Identify and sell solutions such as channel loyalty, sales incentives, consumer promotions, and influencer loyalty programs.
  • Drive market expansion by building and nurturing strategic relationships with key decision-makers in corporate organizations to enable bulk purchases and promote solution adoption.
  • Lead contract negotiations and close high-value deals with corporate clients.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor strategies, and emerging opportunities in the prepaid gift card and loyalty solutions space.

What matters in this role:

  • 5-10 years of relevant experience in corporate sales, preferably in prepaid gift cards, loyalty solutions, or B2B financial products.
  • Proven track record of acquiring new logos and achieving revenue targets.
  • Strong communication skills verbal and written
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with corporate clients and key stakeholders
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
