Key Responsibilities
- Drive new business acquisition and revenue growth by selling Vasitum's SaaS-based recruitment solutions to enterprise clients in the Middle East.
- Own the complete sales cycle: lead generation, solution demo, proposal, negotiation, and closure.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with CHROs, HR leaders, CXOs, and procurement heads.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within existing accounts.
- Collaborate with product and customer success teams to ensure smooth onboarding and client satisfaction.
- Track market trends, competitors, and customer requirements to refine sales strategies.
- Consistently achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets.
Requirements
- 510 years of proven SaaS/Enterprise sales experience, ideally in HR Tech, Recruitment Tech, or related SaaS platforms.
- Prior exposure to selling in the Middle East market is mandatory.
- Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to engage and influence senior-level stakeholders (CXOs, HR leaders).
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced startup ecosystem.
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business, Management, or related field preferred.
