Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Enterprise Sales Manager to drive the adoption and sales of Dassault Systmes industry-leading DELMIA and PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) solutions across key manufacturing, automotive, aerospace, industrial equipment, and process industries in the Hyderabad Region of India You will be responsible for identifying, developing, and closing strategic enterprise-level opportunities with large and complex accounts, positioning Dassault Systmes as a strategic partner in digital transformation. This role demands deep domain knowledge, consultative selling skills, and a proven track record in enterprise software sales.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Account Management: Own and grow a strategic portfolio of enterprise accounts in the Hyderabad Region, focusing on DELMIA (Digital Manufacturing, Manufacturing Operations, Supply Chain Planning, etc.) and 3DEXPERIENCE PLM solutions.

Sales Pipeline Development: Proactively identify and qualify new business opportunities through C-level engagement, market analysis, and strategic prospecting. Website: www.solize.com/india

Solution Selling: Conduct needs assessments, deliver tailored solution presentations, and articulate the business value of DELMIA and PLM solutions to stakeholders across engineering, manufacturing, operations, and IT.

Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with pre-sales consultants, solution architects, and marketing teams to develop compelling, industry-specific value propositions.

Forecast Accuracy: Maintain a robust sales pipeline and provide accurate monthly/quarterly forecasts.

Customer Success: Ensure seamless handover to customer success and professional services teams post-sale to drive adoption and expansion.

Market Intelligence: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes affecting manufacturing and engineering sectors in the Hyderabad Region.

Territory Planning: Develop and execute a strategic territory plan aligned with regional and national business objectives.

Experience:

Minimum 56 years of enterprise software sales experience, preferably in PLM, MES, ERP, or digital manufacturing solutions.

Proven track record in selling complex, high-value solutions to large GCC & manufacturing enterprises.

Direct experience selling Dassault Systmes solutions (DELMIA, ENOVIA, 3DEXPERIENCE Platform) is a strong advantage.

Deep understanding of manufacturing processes, shop floor operations, and digital transformation initiatives.

Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with automotive, aerospace, industrial machinery, or process manufacturing sectors in India's Hyderabad Region.

8. Regional Market Knowledge o In-depth understanding of the industrial and manufacturing landscape in Hyderabad including key industry clusters

1. Direct Dassault Systmes Experience o Prior experience selling DELMIA, ENOVIA, 3DEXPERIENCE Platform of Dassault Systmes solutions.

o Existing relationships with Dassault Systmes partners or system integrators in the region.

2. Technical Background

o Engineering degree or hands-on experience in manufacturing operations, giving credibility when discussing shop-floor challenges and digital thread concepts.

3. Industry-Specific Expertise o Deep experience in one or more of the following sectors:

4. Language Skills
