Job Responsibilities- Enterprise Sales Manager

1. Revenue Expansion from Current Clients: Develop strategies to increase revenue from existing clients, focusing on upselling and cross-selling opportunities.

2. Pricing Analysis: Conduct comprehensive pricing analysis to ensure competitive and profitable pricing strategies.

3. Corporate HR and Insurance Sector Engagement: Strengthen ties with corporate HR in large corporates and collaborate with the insurance sector, health technology, HR technology firms, and insurance brokers to generate new sales and partnerships.

4. High-level Networking: Engage in high-level networking by meeting HR Heads, CHROs, and CEOs of corporates and enterprises.

5. Managing Pan India Sales Efforts: Oversee and direct sales efforts across India, including lead generation, business presentations, deal negotiations, and managing client relationships.

6. Strategic Client Management: Foster and maintain strategic relationships with key clients to ensure long-term business partnerships

Requirements:

1. Experience: Minimum of 7 years in enterprise sales (Health & Wellness), with a proven track record in a mid-management leadership role.

2. Entrepreneurial Mind-set: Takes initiative rather than waiting to be told what to do.

3. Existing Network: Strong existing network with HR heads, CEOs, and key decision-makers primarily across large Corporates and Insurance companies, insurance brokers, Insurtech entities, Wellness aggregators, etc.

4. Client Revenue Growth: Proven ability to expand revenue streams from current clients.

5. Expertise in Pricing Analysis: Experience in conducting pricing analysis and developing pricing strategies.

6. Strategic Sales Planning: Proficiency in developing and executing strategic sales plans.

7. Advanced Communication Skills: Exceptional skills in presentation (power point, excel), verbal, and written communication.

8. CRM and Data Analysis: Advanced knowledge of sales CRM tools and data analysis techniques.

9. Relationship Building: Advanced skills in building and maintaining high-value client relationships.

10. Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving abilities and a confident, persuasive personality.

11. Data-Driven Decision Making: A robust, data-driven approach to sales and team management.
