Job Description

Role: Enterprise Sales Manager

  • Location: Noida
  • Notice Period: Immediate to 30 Days
  • Job Type: Full-time
  • Shift Timings: Mon to Friday + 1st and 3rd Saturday, 10 AM 6:30 PM
  • Academic Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree

Must-Have Skills

  • 10+ years in business development
  • Enterprise sales experience
  • Account management
  • Experience in IT infrastructure(laptop/desktop/work stations/storage servers/routers/switches/cybersecurity solution/Networking Solution) in a B2B environment
  • Experience in the SI industry
  • Team handling experience
  • Should not have Channel Sales /Government Sales experience

Good-to-Have Skills

  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Interpersonal skills

Key Performance Indicators

  • Develop and maintain a sales plan and opportunity pipeline
  • Quickly qualify opportunities and key strategic positions for each new prospect
  • Build and maintain relationships at the executive, operational and IT level
  • Develop strong knowledge of Products & Services and the marketplace
  • Set proper expectations in sales cycles resulting in positive references
  • Identify, qualify, and close sales opportunities from team members
  • Identify and cultivate new business opportunities
  • Develop and execute tailored sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Stay current with industry trends, market activities, and competitors
