We are seeking a seasoned Senior Enterprise Sales Manager with 10+ years of SaaS/AI sales experience to drive new client acquisition and expand Purple Fabric's presence in large enterprises.
Role & Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end sales cycle for enterprise accounts, from prospecting and lead generation to deal closure.
- Identify, target, and acquire new enterprise clients, particularly in BFSI, fintech, insurance, and other regulated sectors.
- Lead strategic conversations with CXOs, articulating the business value of AI-driven solutions.
- Manage complex RFPs, proposals, and commercial negotiations to secure high-value deals.
- Collaborate with pre-sales, solution architects, and product teams to design and deliver tailored AI solutions.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with enterprise stakeholders, ensuring account growth and client satisfaction.
- Achieve and exceed aggressive annual revenue targets, consistently expanding the client base.
- Leverage CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho) for pipeline management, forecasting, and reporting.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and AI/SaaS innovations to strengthen market positioning.
Key Qualifications & Skills
- 10+ years of enterprise SaaS, AI platform, or technology sales experience.
- Proven track record of new client acquisition and closing high-value enterprise deals.
- Experience selling to BFSI, fintech, insurance, or regulated industries is highly desirable.
- Strong consultative, solution-selling, and value-selling skills.
- Ability to engage C-level executives and influence complex decision-making processes.
- Knowledge of AI platforms, SaaS applications, cloud, and enterprise solutions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency with CRM tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of managing long, complex sales cycles.
