Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and drive revenue targets through new business acquisition, renewals, and upsell/cross-sell within enterprise accounts.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure.
  • Deliver impactful product demonstrations and presentations, clearly articulating value propositions and business outcomes.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with CXOs, VPs, and senior decision-makers using a consultative and solution-oriented approach.
  • Negotiate and close high-value deals aligned with customer requirements and solution capabilities.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success teams to ensure smooth onboarding, drive renewals, and identify expansion opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate sales pipeline forecasting and reporting using CRM tools.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, customer challenges, and competitive landscape to refine sales strategies and contribute to product improvements.

Additional Information

Candidate Profile

  • 8–10 years of enterprise sales experience with a strong track record of closing high-value (seven to eight-figure) deals in India.
  • Experience in enterprise SaaS and/or AI-based solutions is preferred.
  • Strong expertise in value-based and consultative selling, including ROI and cost-benefit analysis.
  • Demonstrated success in exceeding sales targets and managing complex, long sales cycles.
  • Strong network of enterprise clients and ability to leverage senior stakeholder relationships.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Experience selling into BFSI, EdTech, or consumer-facing industries is an advantage.
  • Proficiency with CRM and sales tools (e.g., HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.).
  • Self-driven, result-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
