Role:
An individual contributor end-to-end sales closing role. Own the end-to-end sales cycle, including
Key Responsibilities
Outbound prospecting (F2F Meetings) to generate new leads
Collaborating with Inside Sales, Pre-Sales and other teams to conduct progression of sales cycle.
Nurturing prospects, addressing objections and guiding them through the sales funnel
Closing deals and ensuring a smooth handover to the customer success team for onboarding & order processing
Attain & Exceed Quarterly Sales Quotas.

Accountability & Ownership for establishing & growing business in assigned territory.
Requirements
Minimum 10+ years in IT Hardware & Solution Sales with a proven track record in a similar role
Experienced in F2F Customer Meetings, Identifying & Nurturing Opportunities
Education: MBA or Engineering background is preferred but not mandatory
Strong sales acumen with excellent communication and presentation skills
Familiarity with CRM tools like Zoho CRM, Salesforce or similar platforms
Knowledge of sales methodologies such as probing, Question-Based Selling, Solution Selling etc.
Background in similar sales experience with OEMs, Channel Partners is a bonus.
