Enterprise Sales Manager IT Infrastructure & Enterprise Solutions Company

Compton Computers is a fast-growing IT infrastructure solutions company specializing in enterprise technology deployments including data centers, networking, server virtulization, hyper converged solutions, cybersecurity, backup solutions, surveillance systems, and managed IT services.

Our solutions ecosystem includes technologies from industry leaders such as Cisco Systems, Dell Technologies, Hewlett Packard Enterprise, Fortinetand Lenovo.

We work with corporate enterprises, manufacturing companies, BFSI organizations, and large commercial establishments to design and deploy mission-critical IT infrastructure.

Role Overview

We are looking for a high-performing Enterprise Sales Managerwho can drive new business development and manage strategic enterprise accounts for IT infrastructure and digital transformation solutions.

The role requires strong relationship-building ability with CIOs, IT Heads, and CXO stakeholders while managing complex solution-based sales cycles

Key Responsibilities

Own and drive enterprise sales revenue targets (monthly/quarterly/annual).

Develop and execute strategic sales plans to acquire and grow enterprise clients.

Lead the complete sales lifecycle from lead generation to deal closure.

Manage and expand key enterprise accounts and ensure long-term partnerships.

Build and lead a high-performing sales team (if applicable), including mentoring and

performance tracking.

Engage with CXOs, IT Heads, and Procurement teams for high-value deal closures.

Drive sales for IT solutions including:

o Structured Cabling

o Active Networking

o Servers & Virtualization

o Data Backup & Disaster Recovery

o Data Storage Solutions

o Cyber Security Solutions

Work closely with pre-sales, technical, and delivery teams for solution alignment.

Monitor sales pipeline, forecasting, and CRM hygiene.

Identify new market opportunities, partnerships, and verticals.

Negotiate contracts and close large enterprise deals.

Required Skills & Experience

3-5 years of experience in enterprise IT solution sales

Experience in system integrator / IT infrastructure companies preferred

Proven track record of closing enterprise deals
