Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise IT Sales Manager who will be responsible for

driving revenue growth, managing key enterprise accounts, and leading the sales team. The role

requires strong expertise in IT infrastructure and security solutions, along with the ability to

close large enterprise deals and build long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Own and drive enterprise sales revenue targets (monthly/quarterly/annual).

Develop and execute strategic sales plans to acquire and grow enterprise clients.

Lead the complete sales lifecycle from lead generation to deal closure.

Manage and expand key enterprise accounts and ensure long-term partnerships.

Build and lead a high-performing sales team (if applicable), including mentoring and

performance tracking.

Engage with CXOs, IT Heads, and Procurement teams for high-value deal closures.

Drive sales for IT solutions including:

o Structured Cabling

o Active Networking

o Servers & Virtualization

o Data Backup & Disaster Recovery

o Data Storage Solutions

o Cyber Security Solutions

Work closely with pre-sales, technical, and delivery teams for solution alignment.

Monitor sales pipeline, forecasting, and CRM hygiene.

Identify new market opportunities, partnerships, and verticals.

Negotiate contracts and close large enterprise deals.

Key Requirements:

3-5 years of experience in Enterprise IT / B2B Sales.

Proven track record of achieving and exceeding revenue targets.

Strong experience in IT infrastructure & security solution sales.

Experience in handling large enterprise accounts and high-value deals.

Existing network/database of enterprise clients and decision-makers.

Prior experience in team handling or mentoring preferred.

Outbound Sales-Customer visits/call closure

Strong business acumen and ability to drive strategic sales initiatives.
