We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Enterprise Sales Manager Education Segment to lead our efforts in acquiring and growing strategic enterprise accounts. This role requires a seasoned sales professional with a proven track record in complex B2B sales, exceptional relationship-building skills, and the ability to drive revenue growth in a competitive landscape.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve enterprise revenue targets from Education segment.
- Identify, qualify, and close high-value opportunities with Schools / Colleges / Universities / ERP Partners.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
- Lead contract negotiations and ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to deliver tailored solutions.
- Provide accurate sales forecasting and pipeline management using CRM tools.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings.
- Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 7+ years of experience in enterprise sales, preferably in payment industry targeting Education as business segment.
- Demonstrated success in closing large, complex deals and exceeding sales quotas.
- Strong understanding of consultative selling and solution-based sales approaches.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in CRM platforms and sales analytics tools.
