Overview:
Ctruh is seeking an Enterprise Sales Intern to support our enterprise sales function by assisting in lead generation, sales operations, customer outreach, and deal execution. Working closely with the sales, business, and leadership teams, you will gain hands-on exposure to B2B SaaS and enterprise selling in a high-growth startup environment.
This role is ideal for someone who is curious about enterprise sales, enjoys communication and coordination, and wants to learn how complex deals are built, managed, and closed.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales Support & Lead Generation
- Support lead research and identification of enterprise prospects across target industries
- Assist in outbound activities including email outreach, LinkedIn prospecting, and follow-ups
- Help qualify inbound and outbound leads based on predefined criteria
- Maintain and update lead data in CRM and tracking sheets
2. Enterprise Sales Execution
- Support the sales team throughout the sales cycle, from initial outreach to deal closure
- Assist in preparing sales decks, proposals, pricing notes, and pitch materials
- Coordinate sales meetings, demos, and follow-ups with prospects
- Track deal progress and assist in maintaining accurate sales pipeline reports
3. Client Communication & Coordination
- Support communication with enterprise prospects and existing clients
- Assist in gathering client requirements and sharing insights with internal teams
- Coordinate with product, marketing, and delivery teams for demos and sales discussions
- Ensure timely follow-ups and documentation for ongoing sales conversations
4. Sales Operations & Reporting
- Help maintain CRM hygiene, sales trackers, and documentation
- Assist in preparing basic sales reports, dashboards, and performance summaries
- Track outreach effectiveness, lead conversion, and pipeline movement
- Support process improvements to streamline sales operations
What we're looking for:
1. Experience & Skills You Should Bring
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field
- Strong verbal and written communication skills (mandatory)
- Interest in B2B sales, enterprise accounts, and SaaS business models
- Comfortable with outreach, follow-ups, and stakeholder communication
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced startup environment
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and execution-focused mindset
2. Highly Desirable
- Prior experience in sales internships, business development, or client-facing roles
- Familiarity with CRM tools, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or lead management tools
- Basic understanding of SaaS, enterprise sales cycles, or consultative selling
- Interest in AI, XR, SaaS, startups, or emerging technologies
- Confidence in speaking, presenting, and handling client conversations

Schedule: 6 days a week (5 days in office, Saturdays WFH)
