Role Overview
We are looking for a seasoned Enterprise Sales Head to lead and scale enterprise and strategic B2B sales across e-mobility solutions. This role will own large key accounts, define sales strategy, and drive sustainable revenue growth.
You will be responsible for building and leading high-performing sales teams, managing marquee enterprise clients, and working closely with leadership to expand presence across Fleet Rentals, Charging Infrastructure, and Fleet Management SaaS.
Key Responsibilities
1. Enterprise Sales & Strategic Growth :
- Own and drive enterprise and key account sales across Fleet Rentals, Charging Solutions, and EV SaaS platforms.
- Develop and execute the B2B sales strategy aligned with company growth goals.
- Identify and onboard large enterprise customers across e-commerce, logistics, FMCG, Q-commerce, and last-mile delivery sectors.
- Build long-term relationships with CXOs, Founders, Ops Heads, and Procurement leaders.
- Lead complex, high-value deal negotiations and closures.
2. Key Account Management
- Manage and grow strategic enterprise accounts with a focus on renewals, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction, retention, and account profitability.
3. Sales Leadership & Team Building
- Build, lead, and scale Inside Sales, Field Sales, and Key Account teams.
- Set revenue targets, KPIs, and performance benchmarks.
- Coach and mentor senior sales leaders and managers to deliver consistent results.
4. Cross-functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Product, Operations, Finance, and Marketing teams to deliver integrated enterprise solutions.
- Provide market and customer insights to shape product roadmap and pricing strategies.
5. Forecasting, Reporting & Governance
- Own revenue forecasting, pipeline reviews, and sales performance tracking.
- Present sales updates, market insights, and growth plans to the leadership team and founders.
Requirements
- 1215 years of experience in Enterprise / B2B Sales, with strong exposure to large key accounts.
- Prior experience in mobility, EV, SaaS, logistics, or infrastructure-led businesses is highly preferred.
- Proven track record of closing large-ticket, long-cycle enterprise deals.
- Strong strategic thinking, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in building and leading high-performing sales teams at scale.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership capabilities.
