Key Responsibilities :
● Identify and reach out to potential customers through calls, emails, and LinkedIn.
● Generate and qualify new sales leads.
● Schedule meetings or product demos for the senior sales team.
● Understand customer requirements and present suitable solutions.
● Maintain and update lead information in CRM systems.
● Support the sales team in preparing proposals and follow-ups.
● Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and clients.
● Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Requirements :
● Bachelor's degree in Technical or Master's degree in Business and Marketing with a Technical Background.
● 0-4 years of experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles.
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
● Strong interest and Passionate towards sales and business development.
● Self-motivated with a positive and proactive attitude.
● Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
● Familiarity with CRM tools or sales tools is a plus.
● Experience dealing with EMEA and USA customers.
● Availability in Office from 2 PM to 11 PM.
● Should be comfortable working in any shift.
