Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and strategic Enterprise Sales Manager( Events/ Travel/ Hospitality) to drive growth by identifying, engaging, and closing opportunities with large enterprise clients. This role demands a consultative sales approach, excellent relationship management skills, and a passion for creating meaningful client experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue targets from enterprise accounts.
  • Identify and build relationships with key decision-makers across target organizations.
  • Lead the full sales cycle from prospecting, pitching, negotiation, to closing deals.
  • Collaborate with Experience and Operations teams to ensure seamless delivery of client engagements.
  • Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipelines, and reports.
  • Represent Enout at industry events, conferences, and client meetings to build brand presence.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of enterprise sales, preferably in B2B events, experiential, or services industries.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes, account management, and pipeline development.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently, take initiative, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA is a plus.
