Role summary: spearhead new business growth across India's leading Banks, Wealth Managers, NBFCs, AMCs, and Financial Institutions. This is a strategic, quota-carrying leadership role requiring deep financial domain expertise, strong hunting instincts, and the ability to close high-value, complex enterprise deals.
Key Responsibilities
Enterprise Sales Leadership (Hunting + Strategic Acquisition)
Own the charter to acquire new enterprise logos across BFSI, Wealth Management, and Financial Services.
Run the complete sales lifecyclefrom market mapping, prospecting, discovery, and solution positioning to negotiation and closure.
Build a strong, predictable pipeline through targeted outreach, industry relationships, and ABM aligned motions.
Develop compelling business cases and ROI-driven pitches tailored to CXOs and enterprise decision-makers.
Complex Enterprise Deal Navigation
Engage and influence multi-stakeholder buying groups across CIO, CTO, COO, CFO, Digital Heads, Operations, Investment Teams, Risk & Compliance, and Procurement
Lead RFPs/RFIs, pricing discussions, commercial negotiations, and contract finalization.
Collaborate with Product, Pre-Sales, and Delivery teams to design winning solutions aligned with customer business outcomes.
Maintain accurate forecasting, funnel health, and governance on enterprise opportunities.
Relationship Building & Thought Leadership
Establish and nurture strong executive relationships at top financial institutions.
Represent the company at industry events, roundtables, and leadership forums to drive brand presence and credibility.
Leverage industry networks to accelerate deal velocity and unlock new market opportunities.
Team Leadership & Cross-Functional Alignment
Lead and mentor a small sales team, driving accountability, productivity, and enterprise sales excellence.
Work closely with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to align GTM strategies and account engagement.
Contribute to shaping ICP definition, market segmentation, and competitive positioning.
