We are hiring an Enterprise Sales Development Manager SEA to build and accelerate our outbound revenue pipeline across Southeast Asia. This role is focused on strategic prospecting, enterprise discovery, and opportunity creation within high-value accounts across key SEA markets.

You will act as the first commercial touchpoint for prospective customersengaging senior decision-makers, uncovering business challenges, and setting up high-quality, sales-ready opportunities for the closing team. This role is ideal for someone who understands the nuances of selling into SEA markets and thrives in structured, outbound-led growth environments.

What You'll Be Responsible For

Enterprise Outbound & Account Prospecting

Identify and target mid-market and enterprise accounts across Southeast Asia.

Drive outbound engagement through a multi-channel approach including calls, emails, LinkedIn, and personalized outreach.

Build tailored messaging based on industry, geography, and account-specific insights.

Discovery & Opportunity Creation

Conduct first-level discovery conversations to understand customer priorities, buying intent, and internal decision-making structures.

Qualify prospects based on need, readiness, and strategic fit before handing off to Account Executives.

Position the product clearly and credibly for enterprise stakeholders.

Regional Market Intelligence

Develop a strong understanding of SEA-specific market dynamics, buyer behavior, and competitive positioning.

Track industry trends and emerging opportunities across priority SEA countries.

Share insights with sales and marketing teams to refine targeting and messaging.

CRM & Sales Process Discipline

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of outreach, conversations, and pipeline activity in CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, or equivalent).

Ensure clean handovers with detailed context for closing teams.

Follow defined qualification frameworks and sales processes consistently.

Pipeline & Performance Ownership

Own monthly and quarterly pipeline creation targets.

Track outreach effectiveness and continuously optimize messaging and sequencing.

Consistently deliver qualified opportunities that convert into active sales cycles.

What We're Looking For

35 years of experience in outbound sales development or inside sales within a B2B SaaS environment.

Direct experience selling into Southeast Asian markets (Singapore, Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam, etc.).

Strong ability to engage senior stakeholders and enterprise decision-makers.

Proven success with cold calling, outbound email campaigns, and LinkedIn-based prospecting.

Experience working with CRM platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce.

Highly organized, target-driven, and comfortable working independently.

Strong research skills with the ability to connect customer pain points to business outcomes.
