Role Overview

We are seeking a high-performing Enterprise Sales Leader to drive new client acquisition and revenue growth across global markets including North America, Europe, and APAC.

This is a hunter role, responsible for identifying new opportunities, building enterprise relationships, and closing large-scale technology deals. The role involves selling automation solutions, platform engineering services, and custom product development initiatives to enterprise clients.

The ideal candidate will have strong consultative selling skills and experience engaging with both business and technology stakeholders to position scalable, outcome-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end enterprise sales cycle from prospecting and pipeline development to deal closure
  • Drive new client acquisition across North America, Europe, and APAC markets
  • Identify and develop opportunities in:
  • Process automation
  • Platform engineering
  • Custom technology and product development
  • Engage with senior stakeholders including CIOs, CTOs, Heads of Engineering, and Digital Transformation Leaders
  • Understand client business challenges and align them with automation and engineering-led solutions
  • Lead consultative selling conversations and solution positioning
  • Collaborate with internal teams (solution architects, delivery, and practice leaders) to build winning proposals
  • Maintain a strong sales pipeline with accurate forecasting
  • Build long-term strategic relationships and act as a trusted advisor to clients
  • Drive large enterprise deals and contribute to overall revenue growth

Required Skills & Experience

  • 814 years of experience in enterprise technology services sales / business development
  • Proven success in selling:
  • IT services / consulting
  • Digital engineering solutions
  • Technology transformation programs
  • Strong experience in new business development (hunter role)
  • Experience selling into global markets (North America, Europe, APAC)
  • Ability to sell complex, high-value enterprise solutions
  • Strong stakeholder management skills across business and technology leaders
  • Excellent consultative selling, negotiation, and solutioning skills
  • Strong communication, storytelling, and executive presentation abilities
  • Experience working with global delivery and cross-functional teams

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in automation or digital transformation sales
  • Background in platform engineering or product engineering services
  • Exposure to enterprise clients and global delivery models
  • Familiarity with AI, analytics, or modern engineering ecosystems
