Role: Senior Specialist - Risk Management

Qualification: BE/MCA/MBA, Certification in Risk Management will be good to have

Experience : 15+ years overall with 5+ years in Risk management space

Competency:

  • Have good knowledge and understanding of Risk Management processes, with experience in relevant ISO standards/ Industry frameworks. Experience in IT service delivery is good to have
  • Able to design and improve processes and governance framework in Risk management
  • Able to implement policy and processes by designing and implementing appropriate training programs
  • Innovate methodology for effective analysis and reporting of risks, to bring out issues, that assist Leadership in informed decision making
  • Passionate in driving and disseminating risk culture to all levels of organization, leveraging various governance forums and platforms
  • Have good understanding of business and support functions to enable provide effective advice on risk management
  • Brings value addition to the business operations through consulting and facilitating on Identification of risks / mitigations to various stakeholders
  • Collaborate with industry peers to get broader perspective and leverage the connect as required
  • Have problem solving attitude to resolve issues and dependencies through collaborating with stakeholders
  • Excellent in business communication that enables exchange thoughts and ideas with conviction
