Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Enterprise Resource Planning Specialist located in Kozhikode. The selected individual will be responsible for analyzing and enhancing business processes, implementing ERP systems, managing integrations, and providing effective solutions to support operational efficiency. The role also includes conducting system evaluations, troubleshooting ERP software issues, and offering user support and training to ensure successful system adoption across the organization.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Business Process Improvement and Business Process management.
• Strong Analytical Skills to identify and address system and workflow improvements.
• Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems and ERP Software implementation.
• Understanding of business operations and the ability to create tailored ERP solutions.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing business challenges.
• Familiarity with Odoo ERP systems and experience in related industries is an advantage.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred
