We are planning to implement anERP / SAP systemacross our manufacturing and export operations and are looking for an experiencedERP / SAP Implementation Leadto own this transformation end-to-end.This full-time, on-site ERP/ SAP Project Manager role is based in Ghaziabad.
This role isnot limited to software configuration. The selected candidate will be responsible forprocess mapping, requirement definition, vendor coordination, implementation oversight, and post-go-live stabilization, ensuring that the ERP system truly supports business operations and decision-making.
The ideal candidate will havehands-on experience implementing ERP/SAP in a manufacturing environmentand the ability to translate business processes into effective system workflows.
Key ResponsibilitiesERP Planning & Process Mapping- Study and understand existing business processes across:
- Manufacturing & Production Planning
- Inventory & Warehouse Management
- Procurement & Vendor Management
- Sales, Exports & Order Management
- Finance, Accounting & Compliance
- HR & Payroll (if applicable)
- Identify gaps, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities
- Defineto-be processesaligned with ERP / SAP best practices
- Prepareprocess maps, functional requirement documents (FRDs), and SOPs
ERP / SAP Implementation Management- Evaluate and coordinate with ERP/SAP implementation partners and consultants
- Act as thesingle point of contactbetween internal teams and external vendors
- Oversee system configuration, master data setup, and module implementation
- Ensure proper integration between departments and modules
- Monitor project timelines, milestones, and deliverables
- Validate system workflows through UAT (User Acceptance Testing)
Change Management & User Enablement- Train internal users and department heads on ERP usage
- Ensure user adoption through structured training and documentation
- Support teams during data migration and go-live phases
- Resolve operational issues post go-live and stabilize the system
- Ensure the ERP system isused correctly and consistentlyacross the organization
Required Experience & Skills- 815 years of experiencein ERP / SAP implementation
- At leastone full-cycle ERP or SAP implementationin a manufacturing company
- Strong understanding of:
- Manufacturing processes
- Supply chain & inventory control
- Finance & costing
- Export documentation and compliance (preferred)
- Experience with SAP (ECC / S4HANA) or other leading ERPs (Oracle, Dynamics, etc.)
- Ability to map business processes and convert them into system workflows
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Hands-on, execution-oriented mindset (not just advisory)
Preferred Candidate Profile- Experience inmanufacturing / industrial / export-oriented companies
- Background in operations, finance, or industrial engineering along with ERP exposure
- Comfortable working on-site and coordinating with multiple departments
- Strong documentation, training, and change management skills
- Ability to work independently and take ownership
