Job Roles & Responsibilities
We are seeking an experienced Senior Functional Consultant Microsoft Dynamics 365 with deep expertise in the Grocery or Retail sector. This role is pivotal in leading successful migrations from Oracle to Dynamics 365, working closely with engineering, implementation, and business teams to drive seamless ERP transformations.
As a key player in our digital transformation initiatives, you will bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions, ensuring a smooth transition to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) and other related modules.
Key Responsibilities
- :Lead end-to-end migration projects from Oracle to Microsoft Dynamics 365, ensuring alignment with business objectives
- .Collaborate with engineering, implementation, and business teams to design and configure D365 solutions tailored to the grocery/retail industry
- .Conduct requirement gathering, gap analysis, and functional design for D365 Finance & Operations and other relevant modules
- .Provide hands-on functional expertise in configuring and optimizing D365 to enhance business processes
- .Lead workshops, training sessions, and stakeholder engagements to ensure effective adoption of the new system
- .Act as the primary liaison between business users and technical teams, ensuring functional requirements are accurately translated into technical specifications
- .Oversee data migration, integration, and testing activities to validate system performance and accuracy
- .Support change management initiatives to ensure smooth transitions during ERP deployments
- .Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and Microsoft Dynamics 365 updates to drive continuous improvements
.Ideal candidate profil
- e5+ years of experience as a Functional Consultant in Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O (or previous Dynamics AX versions)
- .Strong background in the grocery or retail sector, with a deep understanding of industry-specific business processes
- .Expertise in Finance, Supply Chain, and Retail modules within D365
- .Strong ability to work cross-functionally with engineering, implementation teams, and business stakeholders
- .Experience in requirement gathering, solution design, testing, and end-user training
- .Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to manage complex ERP transformations
- .Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- .Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications (preferred but not mandatory
)
