Job Title: ERP Implementation Specialist

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled ERP Implementation Specialist to lead the deployment, customization, and optimization of the ERP platform. The role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to map business processes, configure modules, migrate data, and train users for a smooth transition and maximum system adoption.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end implementation of ERP, including requirement gathering, GAP analysis, and process mapping.

Configure GrowSmart modules (e.g., Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Production, Accounts) as per business requirements.

Perform data migration from legacy systems, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.

Conduct system integration testing, UAT, and go-live support.

Provide user training and create SOPs/manuals to ensure efficient use of ERP.

Troubleshoot system issues, coordinate with the support team, and ensure timely resolution.

Monitor ERP performance and recommend improvements or customizations.

Maintain complete project documentation for reference and audits.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelors degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

Hands-on experience in ERP software or similar ERP platforms.

Strong knowledge of business workflows across departments.

Proficiency in SQL, reporting tools, and data migration processes.

Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to train end-users and drive ERP adoption.
