About the Role
We are looking for a Enterprise Resource Consultant with experience working with architecture or construction firms, responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing project execution and monitoring processes using ERP systems. Experience with ERPNext will be a strong advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and improve project execution workflows in architecture firms
- Design end-to-end processes for project management, resource planning, time tracking, and billing
- Lead ERP implementation and configuration (project, resource, and billing modules)
- Set up workflows for design approvals, client/vendor coordination, and deliverable tracking
- Create dashboards and reports for real-time project monitoring
- Conduct user training, workshops, and support ERP adoption
- Prepare SOPs, process documents, and user manuals
Required Experience & Skills
- 37 years as a Process Consultant / ERP Consultant / Business Analyst
- Prior experience with architecture/interior design/construction firms
- Hands-on ERP implementation experience (ERPNext preferred)
- Strong understanding of architecture project workflows and billing models
- Proficiency in process mapping and documentation
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi
Preferred Qualifications
- ERPNext implementation experience
- Knowledge of project costing, time sheets, and resource planning
- Familiarity with tools like Asana, Monday.com, AutoCAD/Revit
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, IT, or Business
- MBA or certifications (ERPNext, PMP, Agile) are a plus
