Project Role : Enterprise Platform Advisor

Project Role Description : Provide consulting services and advice on complex enterprise transformations involving one or more technology platforms. Advise on platform selection, technology cost optimization and/or value levers. Develop and implement market-leading industry- and/or function-specific technology assets.

Summary

As a Business Function Implement Practitioner, you will support the implementation of activities for a specific business function aimed at enhancing overall performance. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to analyze current business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and designing or redesigning processes to optimize efficiency. You will engage in discussions with team members to share insights and contribute to the development of effective solutions that align with organizational goals. Your role will also require you to document findings and recommendations, ensuring that all changes are well-communicated and understood across the team.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
  • Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
  • Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
  • Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and feedback from stakeholders.
  • Assist in the development of training materials and user documentation to support process changes.

Professional & Technical Skills

  • Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Financials.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess business processes and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Experience with process mapping and redesign methodologies.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with project management principles and practices.

Additional Information

  • The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Oracle Financials.
  • This position is based at our Gurugram office.
  • A 15 years full time education is required.
