Overview
As a
Enterprise Planning Specialist, your role sits at the intersection of retail strategy and technical execution. You will be responsible for transforming complex retail data into actionable financial and spatial plans that drive profitability.
Core Responsibilities- Solution Implementation: Lead the end-to-end implementation and configuration of Blue Yonder Enterprise Planning tools, ensuring the technical setup aligns with specific retail business models.
- Merchandise Financial Planning (MFP): Drive the development of MFP processes. This involves managing the full lifecycle of inventory investment, including:
- Pre-season planning: Setting sales, margin, and inventory targets.
- In-season forecasting: Adjusting plans based on real-time performance.
- OTB Management: Controlling Open-to-Buy budgets to prevent overstocking or stockouts.
- Spatial Optimization: Provide expert advisory on Space and Floor Planning. You will create and refine planograms and store clusters to ensure that floor space is utilized efficiently to increase conversion rates.
- Strategic Advisory: Act as a bridge between technical capabilities and business needs. You will gather requirements from stakeholders and translate them into data-driven recommendations that improve allocation strategies.
- Cross-functional Integration: Partner with IT and supply chain teams to ensure that planning solutions integrate seamlessly with existing ERP or warehouse management systems.
- Client Representation: Represent Delaplex in high-level project discussions and status calls. You are responsible for maintaining professional alignment with company standards while ensuring client milestones are met on time.
