Location:Mumbai/Gurugram/Bangalore (Hybrid)

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in developing and implementing industry-specific plans & strategies for partner outreach and relationship management.
  • Assist in prospecting and identifying key partners.
  • Assist in developing commercial and strategic relationships with target partners.
  • Liaise with internal and external teams to align initiatives to drive growth in line with organizational goals, and build a multi-level relationship engagement between the partner and Leegality.
  • Assist in designing joint go-to-market strategies, enabling easy adoption of Leegality's offerings throughout the partner's customers while creating significant value for the partner.
  • Understand the business needs of the partners and their customers, and build strong relationships with partners so that they can propagate their Leegality.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3-5 years experience with Tech products/ SaaS /Cloud products in any role selling to the BFSI B2B ecosystem.
  • Proven achievements of targets across banks / NBFC's
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, time management and organizational skills.
  • Proven ability to understand client pain points and propose solutions.
  • Proven ability to work with CXOs and business heads across divisions in Banks, NBFC's and financial institutions
  • Having experience selling to/partnering with software / SaaS / IT solutions of mid to large value in ticket size.
  • Proven understandingand comprehension of the complexities in large BFSI accounts or partnerships.
  • Self-motivated and track record of driving results under minimal supervision.
  • Willing to join immediately ideally.
  • Fluency in English is a must.
  • Fluency in Hindi is preferable.
