Missioned Grit is building the next evolution of human-guided, AI-powered operations. We blend automation with real teamwork a buddy-culture inspired system enabling organizations to move faster and smarter.

We're looking for a MarTech engineer who will design and operate the full demand-generation engine for industrial OT cybersecurity.

What You'll Do

• Own the MarTech stack: HubSpot, WordPress, LinkedIn, Google, X.com
• Automate workflows for lead capture, scoring, routing, and attribution
• Build clean data sync across CRM, analytics, and automation systems
• Run targeted campaigns with precise tracking and AI-driven personalization
• Manage SEO + conversion performance in WordPress environments
• Build ROI dashboards tied to pipeline and revenue not vanity stats
• Implement and optimize Notion as the GTM operating workspace
• Evaluate and integrate new AI/automation tools for faster execution
• Maintain data compliance (GDPR/CCPA) and cybersecurity standards
• Partner closely with sales to improve lead opportunity velocity

• Demonstrable and verifiable use of AI as the primary execution tool across daily functions
• Growth mindset skills, scope, and compensation

Highly Preferred

• Prior work examples showcasing AI-driven workflows, automation builds, or measurable revenue impact
• Expert-level Notion workspace design capability
