Job Description: Enterprise IT Products Sales

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven professional to manage sales of Enterprise IT products and solutions, including servers, storage, networking, cybersecurity, cloud solutions, and related technologies. The candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, managing key accounts, and expanding our presence in enterprise, government, PSU, and corporate sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive end-to-end sales of enterprise IT products (servers, storage, networking, cybersecurity, cloud, datacenter solutions, etc.).
- Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities across assigned territories or verticals.
- Manage and grow relationships with enterprise, government, PSU, and corporate clients.
- Work closely with OEMs and distributors for pricing, product updates, and solution positioning.
- Conduct product presentations, demos, and solution discussions with clients.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and RFP/RFQ responses.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Maintain an updated sales pipeline and submit accurate forecasts.
- Collaborate with pre-sales, technical teams, and internal departments for seamless deal execution.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and new technologies.
Required Skills & Experience
- 38 years of experience in IT product sales (enterprise solutions preferred).
- Strong knowledge of enterprise IT offerings such as servers, storage, networking, cloud, cybersecurity, and datacenter solutions.
- Experience working with Government/PSU/Enterprise clients (preferred).
- Ability to handle RFPs, tenders, and procurement processes.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and customer relationship skills.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts.
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or any relevant discipline.
- MBA in Marketing/Sales is an added advantage.
