We are looking for an experienced Enterprise ERP Delivery Lead to oversee and drive large-scale ERP initiatives, with a strong focus on Supply Chain or Sales & Distribution workflows. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing ERP implementations, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring seamless delivery across business and technology functions. This role requires a blend of functional expertise, structured project oversight, and strong leadership capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
Lead ERP delivery cyclescovering planning, requirement analysis, execution, and closurewithin Supply Chain (MM) or Sales & Distribution (SD) domains.
Manage full lifecycle implementation activities, ensuring deliverables meet quality standards and project timelines.
Provide deep functional guidance on procurement, materials management, or order-to-cash processes to support project decisions.
Oversee and mentor a project team of 45 members, driving accountability, task clarity, and milestone achievement.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams including business users, technical teams, and integration partners to maintain alignment across streams.
Ensure consistent communication with business stakeholders through progress updates, issue management, and expectation setting.
Identify potential delivery risks early, propose mitigation strategies, and ensure project governance practices are followed.
Support continuous process improvements to increase operational efficiency and user adoption.
Required Skills & Experience
Strong hands-on experience in MM or SD functional domains within ERP environments.
Proven track record in ERP implementation and module-level delivery management.
Demonstrated ability in team leadership, mentoring, and project coordination.
Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Clear communication, strong analytical thinking, and structured problem-solving abilities.
Solid understanding of best practices in ERP execution, testing, and rollout.
