Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead enterprise-wide digital transformation by driving scoping, solutioning, delivery, implementation, and adoption of digital capabilities across multiple corporate functions (e.g., Legal, Compliance, Facilities, ESG, Travel, Fleet).
  • Modernize technology landscapes, including cloud migration, application modernization, and integration of cloudnative, microservicesbased, and DevOpsenabled solutions.
  • Engage and collaborate with senior business stakeholders, prioritize digital initiatives, communicate progress, and present value through executivelevel presentations and demonstrations.
  • Manage multiple enterprise application initiatives simultaneously, ensuring high-quality execution, effective tracking, reporting, and stakeholder governance.
  • Drive partnerships and alliances with OEMs, suppliers, and technology partners for capability building, skill augmentation, and support.
  • Define and influence enterprise technology strategy, including longterm systems roadmaps, buildvsbuy decisions, SDLC standards, compliance audits, and budgeting activities.
  • Collaborate across functions to define technology requirements, ensure alignment on tools, data, processes, and support multiple business units with consistent technology solutions.

The Successful Applicant

  • Strong developer-side background with hands-on experience in building applications from the ground up across multiple modern technologies.
  • Demonstrated experience in full application lifecycle management - requirements gathering, architecture, development, deployment, and support.
  • Proven capability in deploying and managing SaaS enterprise systems, including integration and end-to-end implementation.
  • Experience working with enterprise platforms such as Oracle Fusion and Salesforce, along with knowledge of CLM systems.
  • Familiarity with legal domain processes and LIFE-related workflows within servicesfocused industries.
  • Strong exposure to enterprise digital transformation strategy, especially across diverse domains like BFSI, manufacturing, and service delivery.
  • Expertise in cloud migration, modernization of legacy systems, and enterprise application delivery (ADM, AppDev).
  • Deep specialization in cloud-native enterprise architectures, with hands-on skills in Azure, CI/CD, microservices, containerization, and DevOps practices.
  • Solid architecture leadership - able to define frameworks, evaluate build-vs-buy options, and design scalable, secure, resilient systems.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and ability to engage confidently with senior leadership.
  • Strong presentation, communication, and storytelling skills, capable of conveying complex technical topics with clarity.
  • Experience managing cross-functional teams and technology/vendor ecosystems, including offshore and geographically distributed teams.
  • Ability to drive governance, ensure alignment with enterprise strategy, and deliver high-quality outcomes across multiple initiatives.
