About the Role
Xperteez Technology is looking for a high-impact Enterprise Business Development Manager to drive large-scale B2B enterprise sales across multiple geographies. This is a front-line, revenue-owning role where you will manage the complete enterprise sales lifecyclefrom strategic account identification and discovery to commercial negotiation and deal closure.
You will work closely with CXOs, founders, and senior decision-makers, delivering solution-led, consultative sales engagements to close high-value enterprise deals across industries such as IT/ITeS, Manufacturing, Hospitality, Education, and allied sectors.

Key Responsibilities
Enterprise Sales & Revenue Growth
- Drive enterprise B2B sales strategy and revenue generation
- Close high-value enterprise deals across multiple industries
- Understand client organizations, buying behavior, and business pain points
- Convert target accounts into long-term, high-value enterprise customers
Client Acquisition & Hunting
- Own the end-to-end enterprise sales cycle: prospecting, pitching, negotiation, and closure
- Build and nurture strong relationships with CXOs, senior leadership, and key influencers
- Collaborate with Legal, Operations, and Delivery teams to ensure smooth deal closures
Market Intelligence & Research
- Perform in-depth enterprise account mapping within assigned geographies
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and deal outcomes
- Conduct detailed pre-sales research and due diligence
- Share insights on market demand and solution positioning
Sales Process & Reporting
- Implement a structured, solution-selling approach
- Maintain accurate CRM records, sales pipeline visibility, and forecasts
- Provide regular updates on performance, risks, and growth opportunities
Commercials & Negotiation
- Lead pricing discussions, commercials, and contract negotiations
- Ensure mutually beneficial, long-term agreements with enterprise clients

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required (MBA preferred)
- Experience Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in enterprise B2B sales
- Proven success in closing large-ticket deals (25 Lakhs and above)
- Prior experience in Employee Transportation Solutions, Software Sales, Networking/Telecom, Facility Management, Commercial Real Estate, or similar enterprise solutions is preferred
